Goathead is the creation of swedish techno dj and producer Slobodan aka Staffan Ehrlin.
After releasing material for other labels for a long time Staffan thought that it was time to take on the role as label owner himself.
Goathead aims to bring different artists from different genres of techno together. It will work as a home for some of the most talented producers of today, who share the common goal of pushing the boundaries, but at the same time remain dance floor and DJ friendly.
Goathead wants to bring together artists that normally wouldn’t release on the same label, and ask of them to do something different, something that they maybe not have done before.
As well as exploring different sides of already known artists, Goathead also wants to give new talents a go. So anybody who wants to send a demo cd, feel free to do so.
The main objective for Goathead is to bring peak time techno to the djs and to the dance floor, quality songs with that little extra. From people that has been in the scene for a long time, or for newcomers just a bout to put their mark on the scene.
