Jason Mouse is a veteran electronic music producer currently based in San Francisco. He is
regarded as one of the pioneers of drum'n'bass in the US and was initially signed to Londonbased 'Dubshack Records'. As a well respected bay area musician he was an active member of the Phunckateck collective and released his productions in classic labels such as Green Label and Sm:)e Communications. He continues to collaborate with local prominent figures such as UFO! with whom he coauthored the late 2011 release 'Comfort Kills' on Subdepth Records. As an artist up to speed with electronic music development and a vast experience Jason Mouse delivers his new release on La Flaca Recordings at slower tempo, invading 4x4 territory with evolving melodies, diverse textures, and drawing parallels from techno and house with a drum'n'bass aesthetic.
