The past years the techno scene has developed into a more toned down approach to the music, with more focus on details instead of the traditional raw power of earlier techno.
Based on this approach comes a label which crosses the fine line between techno and minimal, focusing on tracks with the drive from techno and the stripped down, detailed sounds and effects of minimal.

On the first release we present a 4 track EP by Technimal label owner Cave. His release last year in this style on the Shadowfax label was embraced by amongst other Adam Beyer and Tom Stephan aka Superchumbo in his BBC Essential mix along with many others.
Here Cave presents 3 equally strong candidates in the techno/minimal style, with the huge A-side track Binaural for sure to set roofs on fire.

PS: the 1st and 3rd breakdown in the maintrack A1 Binaural contains a set of binaural brainwave sounds which supposedly reproduces the same effects some psychoactive drugs are known to have, try and see if it works on you or the crowd. More info www.i-doser.com
