Adam Beyer's Drumcode label has its ten year anniversary this year and there will be many releases as well as a massive compilation album project later in the year featuring brand new tracks from many of the label's key artists. One of the newest additions is the producer of this new release - Tor Lowkrantz or Mighty Thor as he is known. This 4 tracker again demonstrates the open musical policy of the label. The last Hardcell release was a fine piece of work demonstrting influences from both hard and minimal techno sensibilities. This release focuses more on the harder end of the scale but still remains fresh with its almost old Jeff Mills and Rob Hood influences. All 4 tracks have a fat groove and are saturated with funk yet still pack serious punch in any set. Another winner from Drumcode!!
