Berlin/Lausanne based avant-garde label Minimood returns to the fore with a new single from core artist Gregorythme featuring a superb remix from label mate and Japanese DJ/producer So Inagawa. First of the two sees Poncet ease into gear with the beautiful 'Beach Umbrellas Attack' feat. a myriad of intricate musical hideaways glistening with chord drenched elegance. Next up, So Inagawa's remix gets to grips with the track 'Isola' producing a deep and engaging cut that draws the listener in from the start. Simply arranged and devastatingly delivered this is a perfect opposing counterpart to the original version. Finally we get Gregorythme's 'Isola' original, raw and edgy with tribal percussion that taps into a digital melancholy creating a kaleidoscope of intertwining tones. This is a record to get lost in and shows just why Poncet is so respected as a producer.
