Amotik celebrates 10 years of his self-titled imprint with a new three-track solo effort. The Amotik imprint was launched in July 2015 as a platform to release the works of Anil Chawla, aka Amotik. Over the course of 10 years, it grew into a staple in the modern techno landscape. He released mostly his own tracks, but also recently started a successful side branch in the form of AMTK+, through which he invites admired and like-minded artists to present their take on techno.
After having inaugurated the Amotik imprint, Chawla's music was picked up by legendary labels such as Len Faki's Figure and BPitch Control, which gave him a steady flow of releases over the past few years. But releasing on his own imprint has always been the purest form of his expression. A passionate DIY mentality and a deep love for vigorous techno form the core of his latest EP on the label: three forceful yet elegant techno works, where the pounding kick drums are stronger than ever.
