Kora Koumakan, meaning 'Word of the Kora,' is a boundary-pushing Afro-Manding group from Conakry, Guinea. Led by master kora player Sekouna Conte, the band fuses Guinea's rich musical heritage with contemporary sounds, drawing inspiration from the country's renowned Ballets Africains and national icons such as Bembeya Jazz National and Mory Kante.

This inaugural limited-edition vinyl release on Jambulance Movement Records features two dynamic remixes by London's Tigerbalm and Ben Gomori, transforming the band's distinctive Afro-Manding fusion into hypnotic afro-house tracks making waves on dancefloors worldwide.
