The ninth release on SPL's Lost Soul Recordings is the long-awaited Kings of the Universe EP by Eye-D & SPL. This unique four-tracker takes hard-edged drum & bass in every direction it can go, willingly or unwillingly. The first white slab of vinyl takes us from the techno-fueled dancefloor crusher Another Realm to the fluid barrage of breakbeat swithchups that is Pyramid Punk. The second disc takes you on a deep, rolling rollercoaster ride of self-reflection with The Perfect Moment after which you are sent off with a view on the past, present and future of drum & bass in The Exploding Star.
