'Empathy Box' on the A-side features an elegiac drive with obvious roots in the Detroitsound. 'Penfield Unit' (B1) is more straightforward without ever losing its good-humored musicality. 'Mood Organ' (B2) however reaches deep, hypnotic effect garantueed. Platzhirsch never before was as musical as this! Good hunting!!
