Junkyard Funk was one of the seminal house albums to come out of the UK in 2000. Masters of the deep groove Clive Henry, also resident at DC10, and Justin Drake are one of the most respected duos in house music with over 10 years experience in the business. Whilst many contemporaries have fallen by the wayside Peace Division have remained at the forefront of underground house. Following 2007s seminal Soft Heavy EP for Crosstown Rebels, 2008 has seen them release a second Coast 2 Coast compilation for NRK and the critically acclaimed The Lab EP on Tsuba. Part 1 of Junkyard Funk Reconstructions sees Jamie Jones and Rozzo update the classics.
